Feni or Fenny, as it is called is undoubtedly Goa\u2019s most famous alcoholic drink. Feni can only be produced in the state of Goa.Feni are of two types \u2013 The Cashew Feni and the Coconut Feni.

MAKING OF CASHEW FENI<\/h1>\t\t\t\t\t\r\n

Unique Hand-picked, tree ripened cashews are selected for its high sugar content and strongly developed typical cashew aroma. The cashew apple is then separated from its nut & crushed to release the sweet juice. The fermented cashew juice is distilled in a pot still twice to produce a spirit with 40-42% alcohol.
